What does the process look like?

Third Day Farm would take the animal in to be processed on a specified butcher date.  Cutting instructions need to be submitted to the butcher on/before the specified butcher date. Third Day Farm will reach out to the customer with the exact hanging weight on the animal and let you know the amount due to Third Day Farm for the meat. The processor will reach out to the customer, typically within 3 weeks of butcher date, when the meat is finished being processing.  Customer is responsible for processing costs directly to the processor.  When meat is ready for pick up, customer will pick their meat up from the processor once it is packaged, labeled and frozen.
